How often should I shampoo?
Primary routine shampoos are generally used 5–7 times per week, then adjusted based on scalp look and feel.
Buongiorno may be used 2–5 times per week because of its tea tree–based scalp focus. When two shampoos are recommended, split the schedule so the combined total remains about 5–7 wash days per week.
Do I need to condition?
A good starting point is conditioner about 4 times per week, then titrate up as needed based on strand feel, dryness, processing, and length.
Concentrate conditioner through the mid-lengths and ends unless the product directions say otherwise.
Is Sempre Foam required?
